Indian Train Reservation?
Hi, I wish to travel by train in India. I know that there is no fare for infants. However do I have to enter my baby's name and details in the reservation form.
Also I wish to do a reservation from my station Manaparai to Chennai Egmore on Guruvayur Express. There is no reservation available from my station. The train only stops here. Can I make a journey start reservation from Dindigul and tell them i will be boarding at Manaparai for travelling to Chennai.
for your baby to have its name in the reservations, it would mean u r buying a ticket (and paying a price). if you wish to do that, you can certainly do so
As far as your other question, mention the name of the station before manaparai to be safe
